摘要
目的:研究并分析治疗老年冠心病患者时使用曲美他嗪的效果。方法:收治老年冠心病患者210例,随机平分两组,对照组的治疗药物为硝酸异山梨酯片,观察组的治疗药物为曲美他嗪,将两组临床疗效进行观察和对比。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年冠心病患者的治疗过程中,曲美他嗪能够使患者获得更佳疗效。
Objective:To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on treatment of senile coronary heart disease.Methods:210elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with isosorbide dinitrate tablets.The observation group was treated with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of treatment in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,trimetazidine can make patients get better curative effect.
