摘要
目的:探讨阑尾手术患者采用综合护理的效果。方法:选取常规护理以及orem自理模式患者各60例,对其临床护理资料进行回顾分析。结果:orem自理模式组临床护理依从性、并发症发生率以及术后疼痛度优于常规护理模式(P<0.05)。结论:采用orem自理模式对阑尾手术患者进行护理,可提高患者临床护理依从性,降低患者并发症发生率,保证护理效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients undergoing appendectomy.Methods:60 patients who were given the routine nursing and orem self-care mode respectively were selected.We analyzed the clinical nursing data of them.Results:The clinical nursing compliance,incidence of complications and postoperative pain of the orem self-care model group were better than the conventional nursing model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orem self-care mode for patients with appendix surgery can improve the clinical nursing compliance,reduce the incidence of complications, ensure the nursing effect.
