摘要
目的:探讨妇科门诊对阴道炎的临床治疗措施及对影响阴道炎的相关因素进行分析。方法:收治阴道炎患者110例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:生活环境差、阴道健康知识了解少、不良心理情绪、不注重个人卫生、性生活杂乱等是阴道炎的主要影响因素。110例患者中治愈50例,有效52例,无效8例,总有效率92.73%。结论:加强阴道炎相关知识宣传和教育,督促患者做好阴道保护与卫生,采取有针对性的治疗措施,能真正治愈阴道炎。
Objective:To explore the clinical treatment of vaginitis in gynecology clinic and the influencing factors of vaginitis.Methods:110 patients with vaginitis were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Poor living environment,less understanding of vaginal health knowledge,bad psychological emotions,poor personal hygiene,sexual promiscuity were the main influencing factors of vaginitis.50 cases were cured;52 cases were effective;8 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 92.73%.Conclusion:To strengthen the publicity and education related to vaginitis,to urge patients to do a good job of vaginal protection and health,to take targeted treatment measures can really cure vaginitis.
