摘要
本文从燃烧过程及燃烧后污染物排放两个方面对生物质成型燃料产品的质量进行风险分析。样品取自广州市燃用生物质量前40名企业的共41个代表性生物质成型燃料品牌产品,并对其进行单体成型密度、抗碎强度、破碎率、低位发热量、全硫、氮、氯等7个指标的检测。风险分析表明生物质燃料中的全硫、氮、氯是影响生物质锅炉过热器腐蚀及污染物排放浓度的重要因素。经检测发现2/3的样品含氮量超过标准限定值0.5%,同时出现含硫、氯量超标现象。对此提出了生物质成型燃料产品质量重点监测指标的建议。
In this paper,the quality of biomass briquette fuel is analyzed from two aspects of combustion process and pollutant emission.41kinds of biomass briquette fuels used in40representative enterprises were select as the testing samples.The values of density,anti-shatter strength,shatter rate,lower heating value,sulfur,nitrogen and chlorine were obtained.Analysis results showed that the contents of nitrogen,sulfur and chlorine were the important factors on corrosion of boiler superheater and concentration of pollutants.Meanwhile,the nitrogen content of2/3of samples exceeded the limited value(0.5%).Excessive emission of sulfur and chlorine also occurred.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for quality analysis of biomass briquette fuels.
