芳烃装置“三苯”合格率的影响因素探讨及改进措施

摘要 通过改变工艺条件,调整芳烃抽提系统各塔底温以及阀门开度,改善设备特性,空冷增加变频装置,以及改变温差控制方案等一系列措施,"三苯"合格率得到了明显的提高,苯由93.33%提高至98.97%,甲苯由95.13%提高至98.75%,二甲苯由95.27%提高至99.35%。装置一直处于高负荷、安全稳定运行状态,质量、产量得到了可靠的保障,同时提高了经济效益。 By changing the process conditions, adjusting the bottom temperature and valve opening degree of arene extraction system,improving device features, adding frequency conversion device to the air cooling system and changing the temperature differences control scheme etc.a series of measures, the qualification rate of triphenyl phosphine has got obvious improvement, benzene has increased from 93.33% to 98.97%,methylbenzene has increased from 95.13% to 98.75% and xylene has increased from 95.27% to 98.35%. The device has always been in the highly loaded and stable state, at the time that the quality and output have got the reliable guarantee, the economic benefit also has got increase.
