摘要
通过对14家砖厂烟气排放监测数据及两家砖厂生产能耗数据统计分析,结合两个标准的控制要点,对新建和改建内燃烧结砖厂干燥室及焙烧窑设计提出加强保温密封措施、增加预干燥系统、设计调节式排潮口、科学选择风机及管道布置等合理化建议。
Through the analysis of flue gas emission monitoring data in 14 brick factories and the energy consumption data in 2 brick factories, combined with the control points of two standards, the paper proposes strengthen the insulation sealing measures, increase the pre-drying system, add adjustable drainage tide, scientific choice of fan and pipe layout and other rationalization proposals for drying chamber and the design of firing kiln in newly built and modified internal combustion brick factories.
