Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal aortic aneurysm patients treatedwith endovascular repair. Methods A total of80abdominal aortic aneurysm patients as study subjectswere randomly divided into research group and control group,with40cases in each group. The control groupreceived traditional open surgery for clinical treatment, and the research group received endovascular repairfor clinical treatment.Comparison were made on bleeding volume, blood transfusion volume, operation time, hospital stay time, complications and deaths in two groups. Results The research group had bleeding volume as(108.3±38.2)ml,blood transfusion volume as(25.9±6.6)ml,operation time as(106.4±45.9)min and hospitalstay time as(14.2±4.3)d,which were all better than(709.7±57.3)ml,(282.7±45.1)ml,(291.1±48.2)minand(22.3±7.5)d in the control group, and their differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The researchgroup had lower incidence of complications as15.0%than37.5%in the control group, and the difference hadstatistical significance(χ2=5.230,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in death rate(0VS2.5%)between two groups(χ2=1.013,P>0.05).Conclusion Endovascular repair had better clinical effect thantraditional open surgery for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm, and it is worth clinical promotion.
