摘要
校企合作是高职院校发展中不可或缺的一种模式,也是高职院校提升自我竞争力的主要途径,在培养学生创新实践能力方面起到了至关重要的作用。也成为高职院校培养创新人才的摇篮的重要组成。因此构建和完善校企合作创新机制,对于高职院校培育创新人才具有现实而重要的意义。
School-enterprise cooperation is an indispensable model in the development of higher vocational colleges,which is also themain way to enhance self-competitiveness of higher vocational colleges,and it plays a vital role in cultivating students’innovativeand practical ability.It also becomes an important component of the cradle of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is of realistic and important significance to cultivate innovative talents in vocational colleges by constructing and perfectingthe cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises.
