摘要
目的研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法 80例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组患者采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效、血压以及血脂指标情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的67.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较本组治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗高血压合并冠心病中使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可使其血脂和血压水平得到改善,临床应用价值高。
Objective To study the curative effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received atorvastatin calcium tablets for treatment, and the observation group received amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet for treatment. Comparison were made on clinicaleffect, blood pressure and serum lipid parameters in two groups. Results The observation group had total effective rate as 95.00%, which was higher than 67.50% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, both groups had better systolic blood pressure, diastolicblood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoproteincholesterol than before treatment, and the observation group had better improvement than the control group. All their differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet can improve serum lipid and blood pressure level for the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease patients with high clinical application value.
