摘要
目的研究分析中药配方颗粒和中药饮片的主要特点以及临床效果。方法 92例应用中药治疗的上呼吸道感染或者慢性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各46例。对照组患者的中药治疗中应用中药饮片,研究组患者的中药治疗中应用中药配方颗粒。对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果全部患者的治疗均完成后,研究组上呼吸道感染患者的治疗总有效率为92.59%(25/27)、慢性关节炎患者的治疗总有效率为94.74%(18/19),均高于对照组的71.43%(20/28)、66.67%(12/18),差异均具有统计学(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的13.04%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床患者的中药治疗中,应用中药配方颗粒进行治疗,能够将患者的治疗疗效提高,且中药配方颗粒治疗更为便捷,临床应用推广价值高。
Objective To study and analyze the main features and clinical effect between Chinese medicinal granula and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. Methods A total of 92 upper respiratory tract infection or chronic arthritis patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the research group received Chinese medicinal granula for traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Clinical effect was compared and analyzed in two groups. Results After completion of all patients, the research group had total effective rate of upper respiratory tract infection as 92.59% (25/27), and total effective rate of chronic arthritis as 94.74% (18/19), which were allhigher than 71.43% (20/28) and 66.67% (12/18) in the control group. Their differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). The research group had adverse reaction rate as 2.17%, which was lower than 13.04% in the controlgroup, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces shows high and fast treatment effect in clinical treatment by traditional Chinese medicine, and it also contains high clinical application and promotion value.
