摘要
高职院校面临招生数量下滑的新困境,自身存在招生无序竞争,市场意识不强,品牌战略意识薄弱,特色不足,高职生上升渠道不畅,就业力较低的问题。高职院校要以操作技能特长或测试作为入学标准,充分发挥院校市场主体的能动作用,加强内涵建设,提升质量,跨院系构建特色专业,走品牌发展道路,打通高职生的上升渠道,产教融合,提高就业竞争力,多元化、全方位、立体式的办学,订单式培养,从而使高职院校更好地持续发展,提高招生和就业率。
Higher vocational colleges face new problems, decline of population in college age students and enrollment numbers, low competitiveness, weak consciousness of market, brand strategy, and characteristic, problems in promotion, poor capacity in employment. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to take skills and specialities as the admission standard, reinforce the function of market, strengthen the connotation construction, improve quality, build inter-disciplinary characteristic specialty, develop brand,quicken the promotion, integrate production and education, improve the employability, offer diversified, all- round and integrated education and order-form training, so that higher vocational colleges can have sustainable development and improve the enrollment and employment.
