摘要
思想政治理论课青年教师全面主体性,即青年教师在教学和个人全面发展中自由彰显的多元主体性。独立学院因其办学思维带有较明显的市场性、盈利性,对新形势下思想政治理论课的战略性意义认识不足。独立学院的思想政治理论课青年教师容易被边缘化,归属感不强,主体性扭曲,缺乏全面主体性。独立学院亟需充分挖掘自身特殊办学和民办管理机制优势,加大师资队伍建设力度,确立思想政治理论课青年教师平等主体地位,积极培育其全面主体性,增强思想政治理论课实效性,从而实现独立学院内涵式发展。
Overall subjectivity of young teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course is that young teachers highlight multivariate subjectivity freely when they teach and develop comprehensively. Because of the market and profit oriented education in independent colleges, the strategic significance of Ideological and Political Theory Course is poorly understood. So young teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course are marginalized lacking of sense of belonging, and whose subjectivity is weak and distorted.Independent college should fully exploit the advantages of its special education and private school management to reinforce the construction of faculty member team, to establish the equal subject status for young teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course,to cultivate their overall subjectivity and to enhance the practicality of Ideological and Political Theory Course for the connotative development of independent colleges.
