摘要
全球网络信息化的不断发展,随之而来的各类网络安全问题层出不穷。通过分析移动运营商所面临的各类网络与信息安全实际问题,本文给出了移动运营商网络安全管理平台建设目标、建设原则,提出一个以安全策略为中心,以安全检查为引擎,驱动各项业务功能模块的网络安全管理平台总体架构。该架构包括系统框架、平台功能划分、业务交互流程等的一个完整网络安全管理平台的建设方案。实践表明,采用该方案的移动运营商网络安全管理平台能够解决网络安全管控可量化、安全态势可视化、软硬数据可保障的建设目标。
A global network of information technology continues to develop, various types of network security problems have cropped up after another. By analyzing the various types of network and information security practical problems faced by mobile operators, this paper gives the mobile operator's network security management platform objectives, principles of construction, proposed a security policy as the center and security checks for the engine, drive each network security management platform entry business function modules overall architecture. The system architecture includes building program framework, platform functions into business processes interact like a complete network security management platform. The practice shows that the program mobile operator's network security management platform to address the network security control can be quantified, the security situation visualization, data can be hard and soft security development goals.
