生物可降解冠状动脉支架的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目前,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗仍是治疗冠心病的主要手段,且药物洗脱支架(drug-eluting stents,DES)植入术是大多数行经皮冠状动脉治疗患者的首选方法。虽然DES已经具备抑制血管内膜增生,降低支架内再狭窄、靶病变血运重建(target lesion revascularization,TLR)发生率等优点,但是仍有严重隐患如晚期支架血栓、支架断裂,以及具有内皮覆盖不完全的风险。生物可降解支架可克服以上的种种不足,笔者将主要对其材料、优缺点及目前临床研究进展作一综述。 The percutaneous coronary interventional therapy is still the principal means of treatment of coronary heart disease, drugeluting stents (DES) is one of the most patients who suffer coronary artery, the preferred method of treatment. Although DES has been able to inhibit neointimal hyperplasia, reduce the incidences of stent restenosis and target lesion revascularization (TLR), but there are still serious hidden dangers, such as the risks of late stent thrombosis, stent fracture and not completely covered with endothelium. Biodegradable stent can overcome the shortcomings of the above, and this article will focus on making a review on its materials, advantages and disadvantages,and clinical research progress.
