摘要
腰椎手术失败综合征(failed back surgery syndrome,FBSS)是腰椎术后的常见并发症,严重影响患者的功能康复和生活质量。医源性因素是导致术后FBSS发生的主要原因;其次,患者自身因素也是导致其发病和病情加重的重要因素。尽管脊柱外科新技术不断出现,但FBSS的发病率却未明显减少,因此其逐渐成为近年脊柱外科研究的热点。笔者现就FBSS的病因及治疗进展作一综述。
Failed back surgery syndrome (FBSS) is the common complications after lumbar surgery, influencing the functional recovery and life quality of patients severely. Iatrogenic factors is the leading cause of FBSS afer operation, and the patient's own factor is the second important reason that leads to the onset and aggravation of FBSS. Although new spine technologies appear constantly, the incidence of FBSS has not been reduced obviously, and thus it has gradually become a hot topic in the study of spinal surgery of the recent years. The author makes a summary on the etiology and its present treatment progress.
