摘要
通过建立传动轴夹角计算的空间几何模型,整理出动力总成倾角、坐标、后桥仰角等因素在空间几何模型中的相互关系,并转化为计算模型,最后利用空间向量的点积公式求解传动轴夹角。在车型系列化设计中,利用传动轴夹角计算模型,可精确的分析出发动机倾角、发动机坐标、后桥仰角等可变动的范围,找到一个通用的动力总成坐标及后桥仰角变化范围,减少传动系统及发动机附配件的状态,提升系列车型的零部件通用化率,降底整车开发成本。
By establishing the spatial geometric model of the drive shaft angle,the relationship between the dynamicassembly angle,the coordinate and the elevation of the rear axle is established in the space geometry model.Then the relationis transformed into a computational model.Finally,the drive shaft angle is solved by using the point product formula of thespace vector.On the model series design,the model can be used to accurately analyze the range of the adjustable variablessuch as the motivation,the coordinate of the engine and the elevation of the rear axle.It can reduces the transmission systemand the engine attached parts of the state,to enhance the series of models of parts and components of the general rate,reducethe cost of vehicle development.
