摘要
目的:探讨参芪止血汤治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效。方法:112例痔疮出血患者随机分为两组。对照组56例给予马应龙痔疮膏治疗,而试验组56例给予参芪止血汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及住院方面的差异。结果:试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组平均用药天数、平均住院天数、肛管静息压力均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪止血汤治疗痔疮出血效果佳,其具有较高的临床有效率,用药及住院时间短,肛管静息压力也较低,进而提高患者生活质量及身心健康,值得临床选择。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Shenqi Zhixue decoction in the treatment of hemorrhoids bleeding.Methods:112patients with hemorrhoids bleeding were randomly divided into two groups.56cases in the control group were givenMayinglong hemorrhoids suppository treatment,and56cases in the experimental group were given Shenqi Zhixue decoctiontreatment.The differences of clinical curative effects and hospitalization between groups were compared.Results:The clinical totaleffective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average medication days,average hospitalization days,anal resting pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Zhixue decoction in the treatment of hemorrhoids bleeding has better effect.It has a high clinical effective rate.The medication and hospitalization time are short.The anal resting pressure is low.It can improve the life quality and physical andmental health,and it is worthy of clinical choice.
