摘要
治理煤矿瓦斯最有效的办法是通过钻孔对其进行抽采。以聚丙烯酸酯(PCM)、三醋酸纤维素(TCA)为单体,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了MZ-1乳液。通过室内实验评价其流变性能、防塌护壁性能及抗煤粉污染能力,并在冀中能源东庞煤矿三水平通风绕道2号钻场9号钻孔进行了现场试验,结果表明:MZ-1乳液配制的冲洗液具有良好的流变性,较低浓度条件下具有较高的黏度和切力;防塌护壁能力也较国外进口的A乳液、B乳液、植物胶及PHP强;具有较强的抗煤粉污染能力,在煤粉体积分数达到10%时,仍然具有较好的流变性。
The most effective way of controlling mine gas is to drain it by directional hole.PCM and TCA weretaken as monomers to synthesize MZ-1emulsion by inverse emulsion polymerization.Its rheological properties,collapse-preventing and ability for resisting pulverized coal pollution have been evaluated by laboratory experiments,and tested in borehole9at drill site2in ventilation detour at level3of Dongpang coal mine.The resultsshowed that the drilling fluid prepared by MZ-1emulsion had good rheology,high viscosity and shear force undercondition of low concentration;the ability of collapse prevention was the stronger than that of imported emulsion A,B,vegetable gums and PHP;and its ability of resisting pulverized coal pollution was good,it had good rheologywhen the concentration of pulverized coal was up to10%.
