摘要
原有地铁车辆转轨换向作业系统中的移车台和转盘各自独立运作,造成了厂区空间浪费。基于移车台和转盘的运行原理,提出了改进设想,设计了技术参数,分析了技术优势,对同时具有两者功能的回转式移车台进行了研制。回转式移车台实现了直线运行、回转运行的功能转换过程,不仅作业方便,投资成本低,还节省了大量占地面积,更好地满足了地铁车辆生产组装、维护调试、编组运行的需要。
The vehicle moving table and turntable operates independently in previous rotary operatingsystem for subway vehicles,causing waste of factory space.A rotary vehicle moving table withfunctions of these two equipments is developed based on their respective mechanism under improvementassumptions,technological parametric designs and technological advantages analyses.The rotary vehiclemoving table realizes functional conversion between straight operation and rotary operation,which isnot only convenient in operation,but also with low investment cost and large space conservation,bettersatisfying needs on production,assembly,maintenance,debugging and marshaling for subway vehicles.
