摘要
产品质量是军工企业的生命,生产过程是形成产品质量的重要过程。正确评价生产过程质量对控制产品波动,保持稳定的生产状态具有重要意义。该文采用过程绩效指数(PPK)反映批次产品生产过程质量特性的波动,并采用主成分分析法(PCA),客观、全面地得到产品生产过程的质量水平,为军工企业稳定批产提供科学依据。
Quality is the focal point of military companies,and producing process is critical to quality.It is importantfor controlling fluctuation and maintaining stable status to evaluate producing process quality of productscorrectly.In this paper,process performance indices(PPK)are adapted to reflect fluctuation of characteristicsof products.In addition,principal component analysis(PCA)are used to evaluate quality of products objectively.In this way,scientific references can be provided for stable yield of military companies.
