摘要
目的：目的:探讨可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效及可靠性。方法：我院2014年9月-2016年1月采用可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折患者30例，均采用切开复位的可吸收螺钉内固定，部分病例加石膏固定2-4周，根据患者主诉、踝关节的外形、功能及DR表现来评价疗效。结果：本组病例30例均获得随访6月-21个月，平均随访17.5个月，末次随访时患者的平均AOFAS踝评分为85.1分，其中优25例（83.33%），良4例（13.33%），差1例（3.33%），优良率为96.7%。结论：可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折固定效果确切，疗效良好，具有良好的组织相容性，吸收完全，不需2次手术取出，能被多数患者接受。
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy and reliability of absorbable screw in the treatment of ankle joint fracture. Methods: in our hospital in September 2014 -2016 year in January 30 cases with fracture with absorbable screws for the treatment of ankle joint were treated with open reduction and the internal fixation of absorbable screws, were fixed for 2-4 weeks of gypsum, according to patient complaints, ankle shape, function and performance of DR to evaluate the curative effect. Results: of the 30 cases were followed up for -21 months in June, the average follow-up of 17.5 months,at the end of the follow-up of patients with mean AOFAS ankle score was 85.1 points, of which 25 cases were excellent (83.33%), good in 4 cases (13.33%),1 cases (3.33%), the excellent rate was 96.7%. Conclusions: absorbable screw in the treatment of ankle joint fracture fixation effect is exact, good curativee effect, has good histocompatibility, absorbs completely, does not need to take out 2 times, can be accepted by most patients.
