摘要
武术是中华民族的文化遗产，蕴含了人类文明的光辉。中国武术植根于中华传统文化，具有天人合一、对立统一的理念。法治是文明的象征，社会主义法治理念也是追求和谐和统一的。武术和法治理念的相通性决定了从武治到法治的转变，这种转变是历史的必然，是人类文明前进的体现。现代法治下的武术在法律的保护下取得了新生，不论在知识产权保护还是武术事业发展，法治都发挥了巨大的作用。
Wushu is the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, is the glory of the human civilization. Rooted in the Chinese traditional culture, Chinese wushu, has the concept of unity and opposites between man and nature. The rule of law is the symbol of civilization, the socialist concept of rule of law is also the pursuit of harmony and unity. Wushu and the rule of law concept phase connectivity determines the transition from armed to the rule of law, the shift is historically inevitable, is the embodiment of the progress of human civilization. Modern Wushu under the rule of law and under the protection of the law, get a new life, in both the protection of intellectual property rights and the Wushu career development, the rule of law has played a huge role.
