摘要
本文从广西电子政务外网通信网络维护的特点和管理中存在的问题出发,对通信网络代维的业务流程、管理模式、KPI指标考核、费用结算等现状进行分析。阐述通信网络资源管理、维护过程管理、代维结果管理等方面的需求,并给出了通信网络代维管理信息系统的逻辑架构及各个模块设计思路。系统对全球卫星定位系统、地理信息系统以及无线通信技术进行集成,可以完成对代维人员管理、资源定位、任务派发、巡检及应急调度的统一化管理。实现了对代维公司和维护人员精细化、标准化、规范化的管理。
Based on the characteristics of communication network maintenance and problems existing in the resourcemanagement of guangxi e-government management center,this paper analyzes work fl ow,managementmode,KPI index evaluation,expense settlement of the communication network.This thesis illustrates therequirements of communication network resource management,maintenance process management,andthe result management of the communication network,and gives the logical architecture and the systemmodule design ideas.The system integrates global positioning system,geographic information systemand wireless communication technology,can be completed on behalf of the maintenance of personnel,resource location,task distribution,inspection and emergency management of unifi ed management.Toachieve the maintenance of the company and the maintenance of personnel fi ne,standardized,standardizedmanagement.
