摘要
对某MPV车内噪声进行了主观评价,明确了一段的高频噪声,类似于"咝咝"的声音,给人很不舒服的感觉。通过各种试验,分析该段噪声的特性及其产生的机理,通过对增压器出气管的优化设计来降低这显著噪声,改善了整车NVH性能,提高了产品竞争力。
Aiming increasingly demanding interior noise, OEMs increasing emphasis on NVH design and development,JAC Technology Centre MPV car noise of a subjective evaluation, clearly some of the high-frequency noise, similar to the "hissing "sound, giving uncomfortable feeling. Through a variety of subjective analysis and testing, analysis of noise properties of this paragraph to clarify its produce from the turbocharger.By understanding the mechanism of common noise generated by the supercharger, turbocharger clear which is abnormal sound in the Hiss sound, and out through the turbocharger optimized design of the trachea, mainly to increase the resonance muffler to reduce this significant noise, and ultimately achieve the vehicle noise reduction requirements, improved vehicle NVH performance, improve product competitiveness.
