摘要
整车线束安全试验即为通过对整车线束回路在电器件各种运行工况下的电压、电流测试,实践校核整车线束、电器件的匹配合理性及安全性,避免因设计计算遗漏及特殊工况下电器件的性能偏差行为导致的线路故障、失火风险及电器功能失真。整车线束负载安全试验主要包含:单负载试验,全负载试验,短路试验,静态电流测试。
Harness safety test vehicle is the vehicle wiring harness loop through a variety of operating conditions in the electrical components of voltage, current testing, practice checking the vehicle wiring harness, electrical parts and safety of a reasonable match to avoid design calculations and special conditions missing pieces of the performance of the deviant behavior of electrical lines leading to failure, the risk of fire and electrical function of distortion. Harness safety test vehicle load consists mainly of: a single load test, full load test, short-circuit test, static current testing.
