摘要
目的:探讨放射CT诊断肺段隔离症的临床应用。方法:收治肺段隔离症患者14例,给予放射CT检查。结果:病变均位于双肺的下叶后部分。肺叶内型10例,肺叶外型4例。结论:放射CT诊断肺段隔离症可以准确显示病变及周围组织。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of radioactive CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Methods:14 cases of patients with pulmonary sequestration were given radioactive CT examination.Results: The lesions were all located in the posterior part of the lower lobe of the lung.10 cases was intralobular type of lung.4 cases was extralobar type of lung.Conclusion:Radioactive CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration could display the lesions and surrounding tissues accurately.
