摘要
目的:探讨针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法:收治围绝经期患者100例,随机分为研究组和参考组各50例。研究组给予针灸治疗,参考组给予尼尔雌醇治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗3个月的Kupperman绝经指数评分变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗后1个月、3个月研究组Kupperman绝经指数均优于参考组(P<0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月研究组血管舒缩症状积分和精神神经症状积分均优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗围绝经期综合征可改善患者血管舒缩症状,改善精神神经症状,无不良反应,并具有安全、简便、快捷、有效等特点。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group with 50 cases in each.The study group was given acupuncture treatment.The reference group was given nilestriol treatment.Before treatment,treatment for 1 month,treatment for 3 months,the Kupperman menopausal index score changes and clinical curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:1 month,3 months after treatment,the Kupperman menopausal index of the studygroup were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).1 month,3 months after treatment,the vasomotor symptom score andpsychiatric symptom score of the study group were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture inthe treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can improve the vasomotor symptom of patients,and improve the psychiatric symptom.It had no adverse reactions,and it has safe,simple,fast,effective and other characteristics.
