摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗鼻窦炎的有效性。方法:收治鼻窦炎患者84例。参照组采用单纯西医治疗;试验组应用中西医结合治疗。结果:试验组患者鼻窦炎治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后症状评分、生活质量评分、CRP显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻窦炎应用中西医结合治疗的疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进其生活质量的改善,且无明显不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combination traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sinusitis.Methods:84 patients with sinusitis were selected.The reference group was treated with western medicine alone,while the experimental group was treated with combination traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of sinusitis treatment of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The symptom score,quality of life score and CRP of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sinusitis is effective.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively,and promote the improvement of their quality of life,with no obvious adverse reactions.
