摘要
目的:探讨经尿道输尿管内钬激光碎石的临床效果、术中存在问题,并发症发生的对策。方法:回顾性分析接受经尿道输尿管内钬激光碎石治疗的患者218例的临床资料。结果:1次碎石成功率92.2%,术后并发症发生率6.0%。8周后,结石排出率100.0%。结论:经尿道输尿管内钬激光碎石的疗效较好,应严格控制输尿管损伤。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect,operation problems,countermeasures for complications of transurethral and ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:The clinical data of 218 cases of patients treated with transurethral and uretera lholmium laser lithotripsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The success rate of primary lithotripsy was 92.2% ,and the complication rate was 6.0% .8 weeks later,the stone discharge rate was 100.0% .Conclusion:Transurethral and ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy had better curative effect and the ureteral injury should be strictly controlled.
