摘要
现有理论对于互联网金融影响商业银行创新绩效的内在机理尚不明晰,由此为实践带来的困惑是商业银行如何应对外部环境挑战以重塑核心竞争能力。基于此,在MOA理论以及文本分析法获取互联网金融指数的基础上,运用我国2006—2015年16家上市银行数据,探讨互联网金融与商业银行创新绩效的关系,并分析高管团队异质性、外部治理在两者关系中的调节作用。结果表明,互联网金融和外部治理对商业银行的创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,而高管团队的异质性对商业银行的创新绩效具有显著的负向影响。最后,探讨研究结论的管理启示,为商业银行转型发展提供有益的借鉴。
Existed theories related to the inherent mechanism as to how internet finance impact of commercial bank innovation performance is still unclear, which may lead a firm to be puzzled by how to cope with external environmental challenges to reshape the core competitiveness. The study based on the MOA theory and the method of text analysis to obtain the Internet financial index, with 16 banksduring 2006- 2015 as objects of investigation, discusses the relationship between internet finance and commercial bank innovation performance, and analysis with contingency approach the moderating effects that top management team heterogeneity and external governance make in internet finance and commercial bank innovation performance. The results show that, internet finance and external governance have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of commercial banks. But top management team heterogeneity has a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of commercial banks. Finally, the study discusses managerial implication and future research to provide useful reference for the transformation and development of commercial banks.
