摘要
本文主要通过分析目前高校学生违纪处分过程中突出的问题,结合三亚城市职业学院违纪处分听证制度实践探索积累的经验,为进一步完善高校违纪处分程序及听证制度提出合理化建议。
This paper mainly through the analysis of the current college students' problems in the process of disciplinary punishment,combined with Sanya city Career Academy disciplinary hearing system practice experience,to further improve the disciplinary procedures and hearing systemand put forward reasonable suggestions.
