摘要
本论文针对《食品安全》课程的主要内容,采用"翻转课堂"的教学方式对课程教学进行初步改革探索。在食品专业教学中引入"翻转课堂"的教学模式,进行改革,分析该模式在《食品安全》课程教学中面临的问题和挑战,以期为该课程教学探索新思路和新方法。
In this paper,based on the main content of the "Food safety" course,preliminary reform of the curriculum by using of "Flipping classroom" have been carried out.In food subject,introduction of the "Flipping classroom" was good for teaching reform,analysis of the model in the face of "Food safety" in the course of teaching problems and challenges,to explore the teaching of new ideas and new methods.
