摘要
目的:调查分析社区农民群体代谢综合征(MS)流行病学情况。方法:对2016年第5轮农民体检结果进行统计分析,观察MS发病情况。结果:女性HDL平均水平高于男性,男性体重指数(BMI)、血糖、TG的平均水平高于女性(P<0.05);MS的发生率随年龄的增加而升高,61~70岁年龄组整体发生率最高;MS患者以BMI≥25 kg/m2出现的频率最高,而高体重、高TG、高血压三者组合MS的发病率最高。结论:MS人群是社区健康管理的主要对象,应有针对性的制定适当的干预措施。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome in community farmers.Methods:We conducted statistical analysis of the results of the fifth round of farmers in 2016 to observe the incidence of metabolic syndrome.Results:The average level of HDL was higher in women than in men,and the average level of body mass index(BMI),blood glucose and TG of male were higher than those of female(P<0.05).The incidence of MS increased with the increase of age,and the highest incidence was 61～70 years old.The frequency of MS patients with BMI≥25 kg/m2 was the highest,and the combination of high weight,high triglyceride,high blood pressure,has the highest incidence of MS.Conclusion:MS population arethe main object of community health management,who should be targeted to develop appropriate interventions.
