摘要
目的:探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌患者癌组织中Survivin、VEGF表达的相互关系,研究它们的表达与临床病理指标及预后的联系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测相应口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中Survivin、VEGF的表达情况。结果:Survivin、VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中均呈高表达,二者在癌组织中的阳性表达(分别是81.2%、68.9%)均明显高于癌旁组织中的阳性表达(分别是31.2%、12.5%)(P<0.05),其阳性率高低与淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度有关。结论:口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的Survivin、VEGF异常表达可能对口腔鳞状细胞癌中发生、发展起重要作用。
Objective:To explore the interrelationship between the expression of Survivin and VEGF in cancer tissues of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma,and to study the relationship between their expression and clinical pathological parameters and prognosis.Methods:The expressions of Survivin and VEGF in the cancer tissue and adjacent tissue of oral squamous cell carcinoma were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method.Results:Survivin and VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue all showed high expression,and the positive expressions of two in cancer tissues(respectively 81.2%,68.9%) were significantly higher than the positive expressions(respectively 31.2%,12.5%) in adjacent tissue(P<0.05).The positive rate high or low were related to the lymph node metastasis,clinical stages,and differentiation degrees.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Survivin and VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma may play an important role in the occurrence and development of oralsquamous cell carcinoma.
