摘要
目的:探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的手术治疗效果。方法:收治桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者32例,给予掌背侧联合入路结合掌侧角钢板内固定治疗。结果:本组均获随访,平均随访时间11.5个月,优良率93.7%。结论:采用掌背侧联合入路可解决桡骨远端解剖结构对骨折复位的障碍,结合角型钢板的支撑固定,其疗效满意,是治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的较好方法。
Objective:To explore the surgical treatment effect of distal radius fracture comminuted fracture.Methods:32 patients with distal radius fracture comminuted fracture were selected.They were given combined dorsal metacarpal approach combined with metacarpal lateral angle steel plate internal fixation treatment.Results:All the patients were followed up,and the average follow-up time was 11.5 months.The excellent rate was 93.7%.Conclusion:Using combined dorsal metacarpal approach can solve the problem of fracture reduction of distal radius anatomy,combined with the supporting and fixing of angle steel plate,and the curative effect is satisfied.It is a good method for the treatment of distal radius fracture comminuted fracture.
