摘要
新生儿科是一个封闭式管理科室,减少护理不良事件的发生显得更为重要。通过建立正向护理安全文化,结合非惩罚性不良事件上报制度,应用PDCA-SE管理模式加强护理安全隐患管理,护理不良事件发生率逐年下降,患者家属满意度逐年上升,护理安全得到保障。
Neonatal department is a closed management department,and reducing nursing adverse events is more important.By establishing positive nursing safety culture combined with non punitive adverse event reporting system,and application of PDCA-SE management mode to strengthen nursing safety hidden trouble management,the incidence of nursing adverse events is declining year by year,the patient's family satisfaction is rising year by year,and nursing safety is guaranteed.
