摘要
主要介绍一种基于复合材料结构的高频电磁涡流检测系统集成方法,将实验室自行研制的高频电磁涡流检测电路和日本IAI公司推出的三轴机械臂运动平台通过LabVIEW(Laborary Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench)开发的上位机软件,有效地集成在一起。上位机与硬件平台通过串口进行数据、命令通信,控制实现了运动平台的精确运动,线圈激励信号的产生,感应线圈的信号采集以及采集数据的实时成像等功能。经实验验证,该系统运行稳定,性能良好。另外,重点研究了IAI公司X-SEL控制器与上位机的通信协议,为今后此类设备的改装、升级提供了相关指导。
An integrated approach of a high-frequency electromagnetic eddy current detecting system was introdueed mainly based on composite structures. The high-frequency electromagnetic eddy current detecting circuit developed by our laboratory and the three axis mechanical arm motion platform of IAI corporation were effectively integrated together by the PC software which was developed by the Lab VIEW environment. The command and data communication between the PC and the hardware platforms was achieved by the USB serial port. The communicated function was designed to control the precise motion of the mechanical arm,generate the excited signal of the coil,acquire the signal of the induced coil,real-time image the acquired data,etc. The integrated system validated by the experiments showed that it could operated steadily and well. In addition,the communication protocol between the PC and the X-SEL controller of IAI corporation was investigated also,which provided the guidance for the later modification and upgradation of such devices.
