摘要
新常态下山东省对外贸易面临着稳增长、调结构、提质量的挑战.在分析山东省对外贸易新常态特点的基础上,从对外贸易规模、结构和地区集中度3个方面构建对外贸易发展水平评价指标体系,采用主成分分析方法综合评价了山东省对外贸易发展水平变动趋势.发现2005年以来,山东省对外贸易发展水平总体呈现上升的趋势,对外贸易规模发展不断恶化,倒逼着对外贸易商品结构、贸易方式结构和市场结构不断优化.新常态下,山东省对外贸易转型升级的新思路是加快外贸企业的转型升级、发展新兴市场贸易伙伴、培育引进高素质外贸人才、拓展企业海外投资、加快发展服务贸易.
The foreign trade faces with some challenges under the new normal in Shandong Province,such as steady economic growth,adjusting economic structure and improving quality. The new normal characteristics of the foreign trade in Shandong Province are analyzed. The as sessment indicator system of the foreign trade level is set up from three aspects,which are foreign trade scale,foreign trade structure and regional concentration degree. The development level of the foreign trade in Shandong Province is evaluated by the principal component analysis. It is found that the foreign trade level in Shandong Province is a general uptrend since 2005. The scale of the foreign trade is worsening,which forces the structure optimization of the foreign trade,including commodity structure,trading mode structure and market structure. Under the new normal,the development thoughts of the foreign trade in Shandong province are accelerating the transformation and upgrading the foreign trade enterprises,developing the new trading partners in the emerging market nations,cultivating and introducing the high quality trading talents,expanding the oversea investment of the enterprises,and accelerating the service trade development.
