摘要
以SPSS 22.0为实验平台,采用多元线性回归法对鄱阳湖生态经济区环保人才需求量预测指标因子进行了筛选。结果表明:科技三项费用、科学支出、固定资产投资、城镇居民人均消费性支出、第二产业生产总值等5项指标的复相关系数依次为:0.943 29,0.923 85,0.916 40,0.911 31,0.911 03,决定系数依次为:0.885 06,0.861 28,0.83115,0.828 65,0.828 46。Adjusted R Square值分别为0.841 24,0.919 96,0.783 26,0.774 28,0.772 98,对鄱阳湖环保人才保有量有较好的解释能力,适宜作为鄱阳湖生态经济区环保人才需求的预测指标。
Multiple linear regression method was used in parameters screening in environmental protection talents demand prediction in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone based on SPSS 22.0. The results indicated that multiple correlation coefficients of science-technology?three-expense, science expenditure, fixed-asset investment, urban per capita consumer spending and the secondary industry gross domestic product were 0.94329,0.92385,0.91640,0.91131 and 0.91103,respectively.Meanwhile,determination coefficients were 0.88506,0.86128,0.83115,0.82865 and 0.82846, also Adjusted R Square values were 0.84124,0.91996,0.78326, 0.77428,and 0.77298, respectively. These values showed good interpretability to the quantity of environmental protection talents demand in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone. Thus, using these parameters in environmental protection talents demand prediction in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone was suitable.
