摘要
为了使武术段位制长拳在高校得以更快、更好的推广与普及,文章在依据理论分析、教学实践、亲身体会的基础上,归纳并阐述了长拳对打在高校武术教学中的重要作用;提出长拳对打教学中应注意的问题。以期望每一位武术同仁能在实际的教学中充分认识长拳对打教学在武术课中的巨大作用,以此来推动武术段位制在高校更好的发展,也为促进河南高校《武术段位制系列教程》尽快走进校园提供参考。
In order to make Wushu Changquan have faster and better promotion and popularization in colleges and universities,thepaper,on the basis of the theory analysis,based on the teaching practice and experience,summarizes and expounds the Changquanrally in the Wushu teaching in Colleges and universities,about its important role;finds the problems in Changquan teaching.Thestudy is to expect every Wushu colleagues can fully understand Changquan sparring teaching in the actual teaching in Wushu courseand play its huge role,in order to promote Wushu Duan system in colleges and universities better development,but also to providereference for promoting Henan universities and colleges Wushu Duan system tutorial series'as soon as possible into the campus.
