摘要 为研究密闭空间内初始压力对TNT炸药爆炸温度的影响,采用真空爆炸罐测试系统,开展了不同初始压力条件下0.5kg和1kg药量TNT内爆炸温度试验研究,对测试所得的温度峰值、峰值到达时间、温度变化趋势进行了分析。结果表明:初始压力相同条件下,爆炸温度峰值与药量成正比;同等药量条件下,爆炸温度峰值、峰值到达时间及温度上升速率随初始压力的下降而增加,峰值后的温度下降速率随初始压力下降而减小;随着压力的降低,1kg TNT和0.5kg TNT爆炸温度峰值的比值呈线性减小,当初始压力不同时,小药量TNT的爆炸温度峰值可大于大药量TNT的爆炸温度峰值。 In order to research the influence of initial pressure on the explosion temperature of TNT in enclosed space,vacuum explosion vessel test system was adopted. Under different initial pressures, the explosion temperatures of 0.5kg TNT and1kg TNT were studied through experiments respectively. The peak temperatures and the corresponding time as well as thevariation trends of temperature were researched. The result shows that under the same initial pressure, the peak temperature isproportional to the charge mass. With the same charge mass, when the initial pressure declines, the peak temperature and the time to reach it, as well as the temperature’s climbing speed all increase, while the temperature’s lowering speed decreases after it gets the peak. With the decrease of pressure, the ratio of 1kg TNT’s and 0.5kg TNT’s peak temperatures decreases linearly. When the initial pressures are different, the peak temperature of smaller charge mass can be higher than that of the larger charge mass.
