摘要
甘油/氨法是制备3-甲基吡啶的绿色技术,但是其收率较低。在此反应体系的基础上,添加一系列含奇数碳原子的有机物(包含醛或醇或酮),考察了有机物类型以及丙醛和甘油质量比对3-甲基吡啶收率的影响。结果表明,添加的有机物类型对形成3-甲基吡啶产生重要的影响。与其他有机物相比,添加丙醛有利于提高3-甲基吡啶的收率。当丙醛与甘油质量比为1:4时,3-甲基吡啶的收率为45.29%,且吡啶碱的总收率达到71.82%。
The glycerol/ammonia method was a green route for the synthesis of3-picoline,however,its yieldis relatively low.On the basis of this reaction system,a series of organics(aldehyde or alcohol or ketone),containing odd carbon atoms,were added to the reaction system.The effect of the types of organics and themass ratios of propanal to glycerol on the yield of3-picoline were studied.The results showed that theaddition of organics had a significant effect on the yield of3-picoline.Compared with other organics,thepropanal was in favor of increasing the yield of3-picoline.The yield of3-picoline reached45.29%and thetotal yield of pyridine bases reached up to71.82%while the mass ratio of propanal to glycerol was1:4.
