摘要
目的:探讨远程照护联合中医护理模式对门诊糖尿病患者疾病控制的效果。方法:选择2015年1~12月符合纳入标准的门诊糖尿病患者150例并随机等分为对照组和试验组，对照组给予糖尿病常规门诊护理;试验组在常规门诊护理的基础上实施远程照护联合中医护理模式。干预6个月、1年后评价两组患者相关指标。结果:试验组干预后患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<〇.〇5)。结论:远程照护联合中医护理模式能够明显改善门诊糖尿病患者疾病控制指标，应用效果良好。
Objective:To explore the effect of remote nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing on disease control in outpatientswith diabetes mellitus.Methods:Selected150outpatients with diabetes admitted from January2015to December2015and randomly divided them into controlgroup and experimental group.The control group was given routine care for diabetics,while the experimental group was treated with the traditional outpatientcare on the basis of the implementation of remote nursing combined with TCM nursing.Relevant indicators of both groups were evaluated after6monthsand1year of nursing.Results:After the intervention,blood glucose of an empty stomach and2hours after meals as well as comparison of glycosylated hemoglobinof the experimental group were better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remotenursing combined with TCM nursing model can significantly improve the disease control index of outpatients with diabetes and the application effect is verygood.
