摘要
目的：研究小儿病毒性脑炎应用护理干预措施对于临床治疗效果的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年1月～2015年12月住院治疗的小儿病毒性脑炎患儿64例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组患者应用正常的护理方法进行护理治疗，观察组患者在正常护理的基础上给予干预措施，并对比两组临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%，明显高于对照组的81.25%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组住院时间和临床症状缓解时间比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：护理干预能够促进小儿病毒性脑炎临床症状的消退，提高临床疗效并缩短住院时间。
Objective: To inveterate the influence of nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect in pediatric viral encephalitis.Methods:64 cases of hospitalized children with viral encephalitis in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected and randomly divided into research group and control group,32 cases in each.The control group received conventional nursing,the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate was 96.88% in the research group,significantly higher than 81.25%in the control group(P<0.05);The symptom relief time and hospital stay in the research group was significantly shorter than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can contribute the clinical symptoms subside for children with viral encephalitis,improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the duration of hospitalization.
