摘要
本文采用高压氢还原法制备镍包碳化钛粉末。利用正交实验设计,获得以包覆速率为评价指标的最优工艺参数组合:反应温度150℃,硫酸铵浓度180g/L,氨水浓度40g/L,氢气压力5MPa。并在最优工艺参数组合下,考察了粉末的包覆完整性。研究了主要实验参数反应温度、硫酸铵浓度、氨水浓度以及氢气压力对包覆速率的影响规律。实验结果表明:包覆速率随反应温度上升而增加;随着硫酸铵浓度的提高,先增加然后再降低;在氨水浓度较低的阶段,随着氨水浓度的提高,包覆速率逐渐增加,但随着氨水浓度提高一定水平,其趋于稳定;随着氢气压力的提高,包覆速率显著增加。
Ni cladding TiC powder is prepared by Hot Water-High Pressure H2process in this paper.Byorthogonal experiment,the optimal process parameters are got based on cladding speed.The cladding temperatureis150℃,the density of(NH4)2SO4is180g/L,the density of ammonia water is40g/L,the pressure of H2is5MPa.The effects of mainly parameters on cladding speed are researched.The results show that,the claddingspeed increases with the temperature going up.The speed increases firstly and then decreases with the densityof(NH4)2SO4going up.The speed increases with the density of ammonia water going up when the density ofammonia water is in a lower level.But when the density of ammonia reaches a higher level,the cladding speed isstable.The cladding speed increases remarkably when the H2pressure increases.
