摘要
本文采用感应等离子体工艺研制了球形碳化钨粉,与球化后的镍合金粉混合后制成镍基球形碳化钨粉。通过等离子体转移弧堆焊制备超硬耐磨耐蚀涂层,该涂层具有防锈、耐酸、抗磨损、耐热的优异性能。由于涂层中碳化钨含量高,能有效提高机械零件的耐磨和耐蚀性,延长使用寿命,在深海石油钻采等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Spherical tungsten carbide powder prepared by induction plasma technology,which can be used forprocessing wear and corrosion resistant coatings with excellent properties such as higher hardness,high rust,acid,abrasion and heat resistant by plasma transferred arc welding(PTA),thermal spraying,laser cladding etc.Due tohigh content of tungsten carbide,the coatings can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistanceof mechanical parts,extended service life,in areas such as deep-sea oil drilling has broad application prospects.
