摘要
2015年以来,我国移动网络迅速发展,电商、团购、旅游、支付及网络约车五大类移动消费旺盛,不同年龄段、不同消费能力和不同学历的移动用户其使用行为各具特点。从当前情况来看,移动消费基础设施建设不完善,移动网络信息安全问题突出,文化和娱乐消费较少,老年群体移动市场开发不足。未来,移动消费将成为线上消费的主要渠道,移动和物联网将主导"互联网+",社交、娱乐将提升移动消费体验,个性化消费进一步推动移动产业细分,移动支付和即时位置共享将引导线上线下消费融合。为了加快移动消费产业发展,应加强互联网金融监管,规范信用消费市场;推动移动网络提速降费,扩大免费Wi-Fi的覆盖范围;加快信息安全和知识产权保护立法;加强移动消费统计监测;继续加大对移动技术基础性创新的支持力度;积极引导合理消费。
Since 2015,China’s mobile network,and mobile consumption in terms of e- commerce,group purchase,tourism,payment and online car- hailing services has been developed rapidly;and mobile consumers with different ages,capacity for consumption and education background will have different behaviors characteristics. From the current situation we can see that there are such problems with mobile consumption in China as the imperfect infrastructure,the highlighted safety problem in mobile network information,the not enough cultural and recreational consumption and the undeveloped mobile market for the elderly people. In the future,mobile consumption will become the important channel of online consumption;mobile network and the Internet of Things will lead the development of Internet Plus;social intercourse and entertainment will improve the experience of mobile consumption;individualized consumption will further promote the segmentation of mobile industry;and mobile payment and real time location sharing will lead the integration of online and offline consumption. To accelerate the development of mobile consumption industry,we should,first strengthen internet finance supervision and standardize the credit consumption market;second,we should speed up the internet,reduce the cost of that and enlarge the coverage of free WIFI;third,we should accelerate the legislation of information safety and intellectual property protection;fourth,we should strengthen the supervision and statistics of mobile consumption;fifth,we should further strengthen the support of fundamental innovation in mobile technology;and sixth,we should guide the rational mobile consumption.
