摘要
目的:探讨PCI对冠心病患者Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT的影响及其与室性心律失常、心脏性猝死的关系。方法:纳入冠心病患者110俐作为治疗组,同期110俐冠脉造影正常患者作为对照组,分别于PCI术前、PCI术后24 h、1个月、6个月测量其12导联体表心电图最长Tp-Te间期、QT间期、心率,记录术后24 h、1个月、6个月动态心电图及心脏性猝死发生情况,治疗组术后发生室性心律失常和猝死作为事件组,其余为非事件组。对治疗组和对照组的Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT,对照组术前和术后Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT,事件组和非事件组术后Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT进行比较。结果:治疗组Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗组术前Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT明显高于术后(P均<0.05);事件组Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT显著高于非事件组(均P<0.05)。结论:Tp-Te、Tp-Te/(RR)^(1/2)、Tp-Te/QT是预测冠状动脉病变和缺血程度的新指标,而且可作为冠心病患者室性心律失常、心脏性猝死等心血管事件的预测指标。
Objective:To explore the effects of PCI on Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT in patients with coronary heart disease and their relationship with ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death.Methods:110 patients with coronary heart disease were as the treatment group.110 patients with normal coronary angiography were as the control group.The longest Tp-Te interval,QT interval and heart rate of 12 lead ECG were measured before PCI,24 hours after PCI,1 month,6 months.The dynamic electrocardiogram and sudden cardiac death were recorded at 24 hours after operation,1 month,6 months.The ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death occurred in the treatment group were as the event group, and the other were the non event group.The Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT of the treatment group and the control group,the Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT before and after operation in the control group,the Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT after operation of the event group and the non event group were compared.Results:The Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT of the treatment group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group(P<0.05).The Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT before operation in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of after operation(P<0.05).The Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT of the event group were significantly higher than those of the non event group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tp-Te,Tp-Te/ and Tp-Te/QT are new indexes to predict the coronary artery disease lesion and ischemia degree,and can be used as prediction indexes for the ventricular arrhythmia,sudden cardiac death and other cardiovascular events of patients with coronary heart disease.
