摘要
目的:分析并观察中医手法联合熏蒸方法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者78例作为研究对象,随机将其均分为常规组和治疗组各39例,常规组患者采用西医治疗方案,治疗组患者采用中医手法联合熏蒸治疗方案,观察并记录两组的治疗效果。结果:采用不同治疗方案治疗后,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为92.3%,明显高于常规组患者的74.4%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的治疗上,采用中医手法联合熏蒸治疗方案与西医治疗方案相比,前者能够有效提高治疗有效率,在提高治疗效果、改善患者生活质量方面具有重要作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze and observe the clinical effect of TCM maripulation plus fumigation on knee osteoarthritis.Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into the routine group and treatment group, 39 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by TCM manipulation plus fumigation. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency of 92.3% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 74.4% in the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating osteoarthritis of knee joint by the TCM manipulation plus fumigation can tangibly improve the efficiency.
