摘要
目的:观察猴头菇胃肠保健口服液对高效联合抗反转录病毒(HAART)药物所致胃肠道反应的作用。方法:将因服用HAART药物所致胃肠反应的100例患者按随机数字分为治疗组和对照组各50例,两组患者均为新入组进行HAART治疗的感染者或艾滋病患者,治疗组在出现恶心、呕吐、食欲不振胃肠反应的第1天即加服猴头菇胃肠保健口服液,对照组单纯予HAART治疗。比较观察两组治疗恶心、呕吐、食欲不振的效果。结果:治疗组在第0.5、1、2、3个月治疗恶心的总有效率分别为22.0%、46.0%、66.0%、90.0%,均高于同期对照组的6.0%、16.0%、26.0%、70.0%(P<0.05);治疗组在第0.5、1、2、3个月治疗呕吐的总有效率分别为26.0%、50.0%、66.0%、94.0%,均高于同期对照组的12.0%、22.0%、36.0%、66.0%(P<0.05);治疗组在第0.5、1、2、3个月治疗食欲不振的总有效率分别为20.0%、48.0%、70.0%、92.0%,均高于同期对照组的6.0%、18.0%、30.0%、68.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组在第4、6个月治疗恶心的总有效率分别为96.0%、98.0%,同期对照组为96.0%、96.0%(P>0.05);治疗组在第4、6个月治疗呕吐的总有效率分别为98.0%、100.0%,同期对照组为96.0%、96.0%(P>0.05);治疗组在第4、6个月治疗食欲不振的总有效率分别为98.0%、100.0%,同期对照组为98.0%、100.0%(P>0.05),两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:猴头菇胃肠保健口服液对服用HAART药物所致恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等胃肠道反应,在前三个月可明显治愈。
Objective: To observe efficacy of the Houtougu Weichang Baojian liquid on gastrointestinal reaction from HAARTmedicine. Methods: 100 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. All patients were infectedduring HAART treatment or with AIDS. The treatment group was suffered from gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, lossof appetite in the first day, and given the Houtougu Weichang Baojian liquid. The control group received HAART treatment. Results: Inthe experimental group, the total efficiency of nausea were 22.0%, 46.0%, 66.0% and 90.0% in 0.5 month, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months,were better than 6.0%, 16.0%, 26.0%, 70.0% in the control group (P<0.05); the total efficiency of vomiting were 26.0%, 50.0%, 66.0%and 94.0% in 0.5 month, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, were better than 12.0%, 22.0%, 36.0%, 66.0% in the control group (P<0.05); thetotal efficiency of nausea were 96.0%, 98.0% in 4 months, 6 months, were better than 96.0%, 96.0% in the control group (P>0.05); the totalefficiency of vomiting were 98.0%, 100.0% in 4 months, 6 months, were better than 96.0%, 96.0% in the control group (P>0.05); the totalefficiency of loss of appetite were 98.0%, 100.0% in 4 months, 6 months, were better than 98.0%, 100.0% in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion: The Houtougu Weichang Baojian liquid was effective on gastrointestinal reaction from HAART medicine.
